downtime = baby bonding

I totally wrecked my back. I can barely move, it's awful!
I think this has been a wake up call, I am no spring chicken! hahaha.
I was moving furniture and cleaning, a little to intensely I suppose.
My friend Kat truly earned her title as BEST FRIEND (in the entire universe) yesterday! She was here when I threw my back out and was totally amazing. I don't know what I would have done without her, she waited on me and took care of the boys. Thank you sweet friend!

My mom worked from home today to help me out. Thanks mom!
Hopefully I'll be up and running soon, because this sucks big time.
